A symbolic blue and yellow sapphire ring is being given away in a prize drawer to raise thousands of pounds for Save the Children and its vital work in Ukraine. All members of the Bradley’s Jewellers community need to do is donate to our JustGiving fundraiser to be in with a chance of winning the ring.
Remember, every penny you contribute goes to Save the Children and supports the #JewellersforUkraine initiative that is happening right now throughout the UK jewellery industry.
Kay Bradley says: “The jewellery community has really rallied around this cause. We are a wonderful, diverse and dynamic bunch of talented individuals but we all share the same core values and understand the significance of what is happening in Ukraine. As a mother myself, it’s heartbreaking to see families split up by the sort of war no one expected to ever see on European soil again.”
The ‘Spirit of Kyiv’ ring has been designed and created in the UK. It features 10 round brilliant-cut blue sapphires around a central, oval-shaped yellow sapphire to evoke the colours of the Ukrainian flag. It will be presented to one individual who has donated via JustGiving and shared their email address with us.
In support of the fundraiser, jewellery design specialist Sierra Consultancy has created complimentary CAD designs and Bass Premier has donated the sapphires and the 18ct yellow gold ring setting. The total retail value of the ring is £6,000.
