Delivery and Returns

Charges

Complimentary shipping on all orders (£0). At present we do not deliver outside of the UK without prior approval. Please contact us in the first instance, before placing an order online.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 5pm, Monday to Thursday, will be despatched the following day*. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday*.

If you have any special postage requests please contact us as we would be delighted to accommodate your personal requirements.

Order Delivery Day**

To receive an order within 48 hours**, please see the table below.

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be sent that day* with all orders of Special Delivery arriving the next day**. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following day. Except after 2pm Friday, which will be sent out Monday.

Orders placed with Special Delivery before 2pm on Friday are guaranteed Monday latest, unless Saturday Delivery is selected.

As we use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels we cannot pass on delivery requests, such as ‘leave in front porch’. However you may wish to leave a note out for your postman.

Sale items and pre-owned watches may take three to five days before leaving us due to their locations.

When you place an order you will receive an automatic order receipt email. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges your payment.

Very occasionally, we may have to email you subsequently if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase bought online, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. This includes discounted and sale items.

Please note: Your return must include your receipt and reasons for return. Your return can only be accepted in the same condition as they were delivered, with the original packaging, accessories, warranties, guarantees, labelling and any manuals which may have been included with the order.

Please note: Any special orders (i.e. products that are not normally stocked by the Company, that have been customised, sized or made bespoke for the customer or intended recipient), may only be returned if goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

Once your returned purchase has been reviewed and its condition approved, we will process your refund for you, usually within three working days of receipt. Please be aware that it could take up to ten days for the money to reach your account.

* You have 14 days from receipt of delivery. Receipt of delivery includes first attempts of delivery by the Royal Mail.
